Slather on bagels (or your bread of choice), top with crispy bacon, eggs or smashed avocado. For a vegan, admittedly tenuous, take on ‘lox and schmear’, spread Everything Bagel Peanut Butter liberally atop a lightly toasted bagel, top with quick pickled carrot with finely sliced red onions and crispy fried capers.

Lovely savoury flavour

Lovely savoury flavour, perfect on a lightly toasted chewy bagel. Would imagine this would work well as the base for a cheeky ribbon pasta (tagliatelle, paparadelle) dish.

This is a repeat order as I enjoyed the Everything Bagel Peanut Butter before. We’ve cooked the Peanut Butter Pasta with Slow Roasted Tomatoes from the recipe included in the box and it was lovely and one we will repeat.
