We send all parcels (up to 10kg) with Royal Mail.

Please note our cut off for processing orders the same day is 12pm midday.
In busy periods such as the run up to Christmas, both our PB elves and the posties are incredibly busy. Please allow extra days to receive your order during this time. Royal Mail last postage dates can be found here.
Please exercise prior planning and patience as things may take a little longer to be delivered. We're all human and working as fast as we can to get orders out to you, be nice to us and be nice to your postman.
We cannot be held responsible for any delayed or lost items. While we'll do everything we can to get your order sent out to you on time, we cannot refund or replace items that are delayed.

For all other orders we charge the following shipping fees:

Tracked 24 £5.95
Our PB are packed into glass jars and all that goodness makes for a quite a weighty parcel, and one that needs careful packaging. We don't make money on this, we are charging less than it costs us to send your box.
Thank you for your understanding on this one! One day, we hope we can make changes here to reduce this cost all round.
While our delivery services are generally fab, occasionally things may go awry - we're really sorry if this has happened to you!
If you want to see where your order is on its journey, please use the Royal Mail tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Tracking options and ways to contact Royal Mail can be found here.
Please get in touch with us or email hello@butterbike.co.uk and we'll do everything we can to get things back on track. Do include any photos in your email if you're able to as this really helps us understand what might have gone wrong.
Our PB can go anywhere Royal Mail can go! This includes England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, including Highlands and Islands.
If you're in Highlands & Islands, just note our parcels may take an extra day to get to you.
In the event of adverse weather or other events outside our control, services may be delayed - delivery drivers aren't miracle workers, we don't ask them to take on tornadoes or floods to deliver peanut butter.

Yes, please do! This really helps your postie know where to find you, or where to leave your parcel if you're not going to home.
Please do this directly into the courier tracking when you receive your despatch and delivery notifications.
If you enter these at checkout, we may misinterpret these as a gift note and include them on a card instead!
We ship orders in plain cardboard boxes with fragile tape - no branded boxes to ruin a surprise, don't worry.
If you'd like to include a gift note, please include this when prompted at checkout during the Cart phase. Please note, if you use Apple/Android/Shop Pay you may skip this step.
