We send all parcels (up to 10kg) via Royal Mail. You can choose from:

• Standard Delivery (2-5 business days)
• Express (1 - 2 business days)

In busy periods such as the run up to Christmas, both our PB elves and the posties are incredibly busy.
Please exercise prior planning and patience as things may take a little longer to be despatched and delivered. We're all human and working as fast as we can to get orders out to you, be nice to us and be nice to your postman.

For anyone choosing to Build Your Own 6 Jar Selection Box, or our Complete Peanut Butter Box, you'll receive free shipping, even if you add extras to your order!

For all other orders we charge the following shipping fees:

Express Delivery £6.95
Standard Delivery £4.50

Our PB are packed into glass jars and all that goodness makes for a quite a weighty parcel, and one that needs careful packaging. While our delivery and packaging costs are considerable, we do ask for a delivery fee to help us with that. Thank you for your understanding on this one! One day, we hope we can make changes here to reduce this cost all round.

While our Royal Mail services are generally fab, occasionally things may go awry - we're really sorry if this has happened to you! Please get in touch with us or email hello@butterbike.co.uk and we'll do everything we can to get things back on track. Do include any photos in your email if you're able to as this really helps us understand what might have gone wrong.

Our PB can go anywhere Royal Mail delivers to in the UK - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

If you're in Highlands & Islands, just note the services will take a bit longer to get to you than perhaps listed, though we'll do our best to despatch as quickly as we can.

Yes, please do! This really helps your postie know where to find you, or where to leave your parcel if you're not going to home. You can leave this information when you check out normally. Note, if you choose Apple Pay or an express checkout you may skip this step.

We ship orders in plain cardboard boxes with fragile tape - no branded boxes to ruin a surprise, don't worry.

Just note, our return address including our business name, is on the Royal Mail postage label - so best not to let them look too closely!
