Nowt, nothing, de nada. Peanuts are full of their own delicious oil, so when they are ground to a paste this oil is released and makes the wonderful creamy texture we use for the base of all our nut butters. Easy. No added oils necessary.

You will find sunflower oil listed in the ingredients for our Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter. This is not an ingredient we add but is used as a 'flowing agent' to stop the dried fruit sticking together into one colossal, raisin-y mess.

We do not handle ingredients containing gluten or wheat. We follow internal procedures and work with reputable suppliers to avoid cross contamination in our supply chain.

We only use the best hi-oleic peanuts grown by farmers in Argentina. We feel these nuts are a level up from your Average Joe peanut. Not only do they have a great flavour once you give them a long roast, but they are better for you too.

Hi-oleic peanuts contain a higher ratio of monounsaturated fats typically considered to be beneficial to your health, than polyunsaturated and saturated fats. This is thought to be better for maintaining heart health and cholesterol in particular.

We love playing about with new, and often ridiculous, flavour combinations! We get heaps of requests for different flavours so we've always got new varieties of peanut butter on the backburners. While we would love to have an endless catalogue of options for you, we also have lives and families to get to, so we do have to keep the range relatively concise.

Our best advice? Get the Limited Editions while you can! And if you want to see your favourite stick around, let us know! Our Everything Bagel Peanut Butter started life as a Limited Edition and now sits proudly in our core range!

Just like our favourite trails, our Rugged Peanut Butter is full of texture! We don't just add little uniformly sized nibs of peanut, we blitz whole peanuts into our Rugged Peanut Butter so you end up with a gorgeously thick, textured spread - rough cut, and super crunchy with little and big chunks!

In short, no. Are you ok?

If you want the long story, we tried this once with a bike made to blitz fruit smoothies. While the team may have some enviable thighs between us, we don't spend our days making a jar at a time on two wheels.

If you want to give your dog a treat, we recommend our Unsalted Smooth Peanut Butter, which is made from 100% nuts, no added salt or flavours. It is great to squidge into lick mats or kong toys to keep them entertained. You can bake it into doggo biscuits too.

All our peanut butters are free from xylitol, a sweetener often found in processed foods including some peanut butters. This ingredient is very toxic for our furry friends so avoiding it is a must! Having said that, we wouldn't recommend any of our other peanut butters for dogs as the additional ingredients are not good for them! Stick to the unsalted stuff and they'll love you for it.

At our production site we handle peanuts, of course, as well as sesame seeds, so all our jars hold an allergen warning for this. We also have a 'may contain' statement for other nuts as our peanut supplier also handles tree nuts in their facilities.

We ship orders in plain cardboard boxes with fragile tape - no branded boxes to ruin a surprise, don't worry.

Just note, our return address including our business name, is on the Royal Mail postage label - so best not to let them look too closely!

We do not offer a gift wrapping service. If we did, it would be as elaborate as Rowan Atkinson’s 2003 Love Actually performance. Arguably, a highlight of that movie, but sadly not particularly efficient…

On the plus side, our selection boxes and gift boxes look delightful as they are, and we'll make sure they're nestle in amongst protective wrapping and some of that fun shredded paper that makes opening gift boxes so joyous.

Our glass jars are fully recyclable. Our 1kg plastic tubs are widely recyclable via your usual curbside collection, though they are great for re-using - take them to your local refill store and stock up on dry ingredients by the kg, fill with salad or noodles for your next lunch on the go, organise your kid's lego in there...
All our shipping packaging is made from cardboard and paper so fully recyclable.
