Slather on bagels (or your bread of choice), top with crispy bacon, eggs or smashed avocado. For a vegan, admittedly tenuous, take on ‘lox and schmear’, spread Everything Bagel Peanut Butter liberally atop a lightly toasted bagel, top with quick pickled carrot with finely sliced red onions and crispy fried capers.

best peanut butter ( and I am not a fan of PB but want to like it!) This is delicious- texture is just right, not too sticky, which is what can put me off other brands - they stick to the roof of my mouth like wallpaper paste. ( not that I have experienced that in my mouth either)
