The Ultimate Peanut Butter Bacon Sarnie!

Sweet, salty, crispy & nutty, the nation's favourite bacon butty done our way! Sourdough loaded with our almost smooth peanut butter, super crispy streaky bacon and drizzled with maple syrup.

Equipment Needed

Baking tray, chopping board

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread, we used sourdough
  • 3 tbsps Almost Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 6 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
  • 20ml Maple Syrup

Method

1. Cook the bacon as per the packet instructions, we like ours super crispy so we air fried for 6 mins at 180c.

2. Spread the almost smooth Peanut Butter generously on the bread. Top with the crispy bacon, drizzle with maple syrup and ENJOY!!!
