This super delicious, quick and EASY recipe is the ideal healthy snack on the go. It's also an amazing energy booster.

Ingredients
- 10 Medjool dates
- 40g Rugged Peanut Butter (you could try Chocolate or Cinnamon Raisin too)
Fillings (choose your favs and mix and match)
- 5 g / 0.5 oz dark chocolate (I used 70% cacao), coarsely chopped
- 5g / 0.5 oz chocolate chips
- 5g / 0.5 oz desiccated coconut
- Sprinkle of coarse sea salt
Method
- Line a baking tray with parchment (to stop the dates sticking)
- De-stone dates by making a slice lengthways along each date and carefully remove the stone. Place on tray.
- Dollop peanut butter inside each date until full.
- Sprinkle delicious toppings onto dates, such as chocolate shavings, melted chocolate, or desiccated coconut.
Recipe Notes
Pop them in the fridge to store.
