Equipment Needed

Mixing bowl, spoon, sharp knife, baking tray, baking parchment, bunny cookie cutter

Ingredients

  • 2 sausages
  • 2 tbsps Sage & Onion Stuffing Peanut Butter
  • 1 roll ready made puff pastry
  • 1 egg

Method

1.) Preheat your oven to 200°C fan. Remove the skins from the sausages and place the meat into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of Sage & Onion stuffing peanut butter and mix until well combined.

2.) Roll out the puff pastry and stamp out bunny shapes, ensuring you have an even number.

3.) Spoon the sausage mixture onto half of the pastry bunnies, leaving a small border around the edge.

4.) Place a pastry bunny on top of each base, then press down around the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges and secure the filling inside.

5.) Brush with egg wash and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
