Equipment Needed

Air fryer or baking tray and baking parchment

Ingredients

  • 100g Parmesan
  • 3 heaped tbsps Rugged Peanut Butter

Method

1.) Finely grate the Parmesan, then mix in 3 heaped tbsp of Rugged Peanut Butter until fully combined and the mixture forms a firm paste.

2.) Line your air fryer basket with baking parchment. Roll the mixture into rough bite-sized balls and place them in the basket, leaving a little space between each one. Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese crumbles are a lovely golden brown. Don't worry if the balls flatten out as they cook - that's exactly what you want.

3.) Leave to cool in the air fryer for a few minutes before breaking into bite-sized pieces and transferring to a bowl. Enjoy straight away, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
