Peanut Butter Oaty Cookies

These cookies, made with our creamy Unsalted Almost Smooth Peanut Butter, are a deliciously satisfying treat for hungry little tummies. Soft, chewy, and packed with nutty goodness, they’re perfect for snack time or lunchboxes - a wholesome treat that’s impossible to resist!

Equipment Needed

Fork, large bowl, measuring scales, baking tray, baking parchment

Ingredients

  • 150g Unsalted Almost Smooth peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 170g porridge oats

Method

1.) Preheat your oven to 200°C / 180°C fan.

2.) Mash the banana in a large bowl, then stir in the peanut butter, egg, vanilla, and honey until everything’s smooth and well combined.

3.) Mix in the oats until the mixture comes together nicely.

4.) Shape your cookies by rolling the mixture into golf ball-sized rounds. Place them on a lined baking tray, leaving a little space between each. The mixture will be a bit sticky, so it helps to clean your hands halfway through.

5.) Flatten gently with the back of a fork, then bake for 12–14 minutes. The edges should be lightly golden while the centers stay soft and chewy.

6.) Let them cool and enjoy. Store any extras in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months so you always have a treat on hand.

Recipe Notes

Peanut Butter is not suitable for babies under 6 months. Introduce peanut-containing foods with caution, especially if there is a family history of allergies. Honey should only be served to babies over 12 months.
