Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter Granola Bars

These no-bake granola bars are ridiculously delicious and come together in no time at all. They’re the perfect grab-and-go breakfast, or a wholesome sweet treat when you’re craving something a little indulgent - pure Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter heaven in every bite.

Equipment Needed

Measuring scales, mixing bowl, baking parchment, 10 x 7 inch baking tin

Ingredients

  • 250g Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter
  • 225g runny honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 250g porridge oats

Method

1.) Line your baking tin with parchment paper and get ready for the good stuff! In a big bowl, mix together the Cinnamon Raisin peanut butter, runny honey, vanilla extract, and salt until it’s smooth and creamy.

2.) Time for the oats! Toss them in and give everything a good stir. It might look a little dry at first, but keep mixing - it’ll come together into a sticky, delicious dough. Press it firmly into your pan, smooth out the top, and pop it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Once it’s set, slice into chunky, chewy bars and dig in.

Recipe Notes

Store the bars in the fridge where they will keep for a week... if you have that much self control!
